Pensacola is becoming a new 'it' destination city in the South. It's received much acclaim for the beautiful beach and increasingly entertaining downtown, and under that spotlight revealed its historic status and charm to those of us who weren't paying attention (raises hand). You don't know what you've got until you're gone. I grew up less than an hour away from Penscaola, and now, all I want to do now that I've moved further away, is spend the day in Pensacola.
